Software Development of custom C# and C++ application

iWe have a custom built C# application that we use in our security camera and monitoring company. Our previous software developer has left the company but remains as a contact to assist us in the transition management and development of the software. I need someone who has excellent English skills, has a team of 3+ C# and C++ developers that will be available to work regularly, and will ultimately take over all development of our internal software, fixing bugs in the software and eventually adding features. We utilize a Nagios device that assists the software in the arming and dis-arming of various cameras at our client's locations. The initial milestone will be $50 and this will for an initial conversation via Skype/Telephone using LogMeIn to view some of the code and explain how the software works. If the meeting is successful and you demonstrate that you are capable of accepting the entire project, we will award the milestone and move from there.
