Whitepaper - Building Linking Strategy - Novice

I require a white paper written. The white paper will be for small to medium sized accommodation managers i.e. hotels and resorts. The age group of the target audience is between 40 and 60 years old so this white paper cannot be written in technical terms. It needs to be very easy to read. The audience are novice to search engines marketing and will have very limited/basic computer skills. The topic of the white paper will be Building an Incoming Linking Strategy. Initially you will need to write a few paragraphs explaining the importance of incoming links. Explain why Search Engines put so much importance on incoming links. Explain how a linking strategy works, explain how building these links will improve their search engine ranking. Then we need a how to section written on creating these links. Explain how the keywords are used when creating the link. Use example of html. We will add some information on using our CMS to add the links in this section also. I would also like an example email written into the white paper for requesting reciprocal links. The letter would be sent from an accommodation manager to a local attraction, tour operating requesting a link. They would only approach non competing accommodation providers in the same area or other similar business in the industry. I do not see this white paper being any larger than 6 pages including a title page and back page. Please submit PMB with relevant examples… preferably white papers on internet marketing.
