Dense Module Enumeration Project

In the attached files you will find a working code for DME Algorithm and also GUI to run it using Python what I want is i.e, use multiprocessing or multithreading to make more efficient and optimize it along with GUI. please find below program and DME algorithm means Dense module Enumeration algorithm and also I need the documentation to be done for the code you can find the sample documentation references in files and links to go through to complete the documentation.
