I require someone experienced with programming in Amibroker Formula Language (AFL) to code a backtest script of a simple trading system (trading Stocks) for use within the Amibroker software platform. - The rules of the system will be expressed in plain English - Backtest will be at a portfolio level using historical data - The programmer should be able to code using the Custom backtest procedure - The Buy/Sell rules are simple but I would require advanced/complex level of Portfolio Sizing and Handling variations There will also be further on-going work in refining the trading system once it has been coded and this will consist of making minor modifications to the code based on the results of the backtest (I am willing to pay a reasonable price for the modifications). There will also be future work coding additional trading systems over the next 6 months. I would anticipate the programming time required to be 1-2 hours initially for an experienced programmer and I am willing to pay a reasonable rate for the programming.

I have the expertise in amibroker afl coding. I have the following expertise in Amibroker formula language coding 1. Customization of chart display. 2. Coding any type of trading strategy including looping for scanning and exploration of all stocks. 3. Backtesting setting as per user requirement i.e fixed initial capital, utilization of 100 percent or user definabale of capital in a trade, point only test, commission deduction, apply stop loss and many more. 4. Backtesting, optimization and walkfoward analysis of any coding strategy. 5. Importing data from nse or bse bhavcopy to amibroker. 6. Trading signal on chart as per trading strategy. 7. Any type of price action on chart. 8. All customization of chart display with activate and deactivate button of parameter windows.
