I need to receive data [preferably a high resolution image] through pixels that represent values that can be sent to my c++ program, and stored in an array. I need it on a square grid, each element representing a pixel, and the grid needs to be updated (preferably with the ability to speed up and slow down the rate that the grid is updated with a new image) at least once a second.

Hi. I have experience doing something like that. it was radar waveform transformation. Please provide more information about data, interface and pixels. We need to work out transformation and image features(coloring scheme, resolution etc.) too. Please ignore project delivery time and bid amount. They will be estimated after information is provided.
