Support for DBCS in a C++ Application that Talks to a Mainframe

I have an application that connects to a mainframe. It is a terminal emulator. I need to add support for far eastern languages such as Chinese and Japanese. These require use of DBCS Codepages and implementing the algorithm to support DBCS. I need a C/C++ developer who is familiar with DBCS and has implemented this before. The application uses TN3270 to the host system (mainframe). Currently we support many single byte character sets. Part of the process performed by an emulator is converting the data stream from EBCDIC to ASCII and ASCII to EBCDIC which requires having a translation table to convert the characters. I need to add support to do the same for double byte character sets. I have very limited understanding DBCS so I need someone who knows DBCS well. Tasks include the following: -Locating the DBCS code pages for Chinese and Japanese (both ASCII and EBCDIC) -Creating the translation table(s) for each of the languages -Implementing the logic within my application to perform the DBCS processing and conversion between EBCDIC and ASCII
