Project Description: Create a National News Website - I am looking for a freelancer to create a national news website that will inform readers about current events and news stories. With weekly issue and daily news. - The site should work without interruption. Must have a big archive, optimized for free and paid advertisement.. - We actually have website now, but it was created a few years ago. The freelancer will need to keep the interface in Russian language.
