Go to this site: [login to view URL] At the top left side you see a hamburger... you see the position of the image is fixed. Now click on the menu and leave the menu open and scroll down the page outside the menu... the menu image no longer stays fixed, it now scrolls out of view. I need the menu image to always be fixed and never scroll. The menu was created with Pushy ([login to view URL])

I have found the solution to your problem while doing some digging in pushy menu. As pushy doesn't provide this feature out of the box but we can prevent users from scrolling when menu is revealed. All the website that use pushy don't allows user to scroll when menu is one. Even the pushy website has this same problem as that of yours.
