Simple Web Application / Dashboard Development -- 2

Hi, We need a decent web developer to build a web application / dashboard from scratch for a mobile application build on google firebase. Currently the work is being done and controlled manually from the firebase itself. Now we want a centralized dashboard for the same. The dashboard will have following functionalities 1. Over view of the Mobile Application to see users’ details, new sign ups with options like granting access, block, unblock users in real-time etc. On demand download users list as CSV/excel 2. A Section to post content on the mobile application/sections of applications in real time that include text and images. History of all the contents posted with timeline. 3. Send Push notifications as texts / images to the users or selected users or groups. History of all the notifications posted with timeline. 4. Display various user groups with user counts, details etc. Able to send messages in particular groups as texts & images. History of all the content posted with timeline. 5. Add/View/delete various components in the mobile application or certain sections of the mobile application as texts. SKILLS: JAVASCRIPT, HTML, CSS, Firebase, PHP Firebase (Hosting, Cloud Functions, Authentication) familiarity a big plus Firestore (or similar NOSQL) data design experience / proficiency a big plus SHARE YOUR TIMELINE WITH ESTIMATED COST.
