ABOUT THE ROLE Do you love helping others by sharing your technical knowledge? In this position, we are looking for someone, who will work as a trusted expert for our globally based 15+ million users .As an escalation point, you will be providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support. The key objectives of this role include, but are not limited to: -Provide consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and timely support to our clients, striving to provide the correct solution the first time around. -Ask insightful questions that get to the root cause of the customer’s problem -Generate solutions and best quality answers using your product knowledge, our knowledge bases and your creativity -Educate and inspire Jotform users to get the most out of our platform - Utilize our support ticketing system; keep track of your own support tickets, and follow through to completion -Take repetitive, easy or simple questions for the same product each day as a stress reliever -Build relationships with clients through open and honest communication. What Do You Need to Be Successful? -Strong communication skills, and excellent written communication skills in English -2 years minimum proven track record of great customer service experience (bonus points for SaaS/tech startup customer support experience) -Willingness to make a long-term commitment to Jotform as employer -Committed to 40 hours work per week -HTML&CSS knowledge is nice to have About you : -A highly motivated self starter who is ready to dig in, hustle, and crush the queues. -Tech-savvy and hungry to take on new skills in technical troubleshooting -Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and follow through -Ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity, focusing on the customer's needs and successfully implement solutions fast -Excellent verbal & written communication – you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users -Humble and friendly person who takes pride in helping people WORK WITH US We are thriving and growing, and we’ve never needed outside funding.
