Hello. After a careful review of the requirements, there is no doubt that I am the most suitable person for this Customer Support role. I first started in the world of customer service in 2009. Since then, I have expanded my skills in several areas including phone calls, emails and chats.
Over the last 10 years, I've worked with several accounts, including Sprint/Direct TV, Cricket Wireless, BJ's, Kroger, Groupon, and Nespresso to name a few. I was also assigned a Subject Matter Expert role on a few of the aforementioned accounts.
I an English native with an excellent command of the language. I am comfortable with handling inbound/outbound calls regardless of the timezone, and problem-solving becomes second nature after a few years in the field.
I believe that customer service involves keeping that human touch to a sensible extent, and treating customers as actual persons, and not as KPIs on a whiteboard.
