Design a Credit Score Algorithm

Hi Just want ot make sure of the requirements, would you want a full scorecard based on some underlying data and populations, or just a good example/mock up of the questions that would typically be asked as well as scores and a final loan approval. E.g. Male = 12 points, Female = 14 points, Age between 20-30 = 8 points, 31-40 14 points etc. as well as a combined scorecard where these scores are used to make an offer to the client. If you simply require a mock-scorecard this can be done quite easily, although if you require the scorecard to be build on underlying data this will completely change the scope of the project.
