B2B List Building - ASIA/Middle East region

I am looking for a company that would help us to do B2B List building or database updating across all geographical boundaries and covering all business sectors. List building tasks includes collecting Company Name - to be defined by us First Name Last Name Job Titles - to be defined by us i.e HR Manager, IT Manager, CEO, CIO, VP Finance, Engineers. etc.. EMAIL ADDRESS Country The applicant should has the necessary experience in list building, works in a group. The list building process must consist of various method i.e social media, telemarketing, internet etc.. Occasionally you must also call the data i.e Asia(Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines)/Middle East(UAE, Saudi, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) to verify the contacts. This is a long term job and successful applicant will be working very closely with database administrator from Malaysia. Per data quote MUST BE LESS THAN USD0.25cents per-data. Please provide me with your quote per data or per 1000 data. We will start from 500 data per week to 3000 data per week. I will pick the one who is inexpensive with the proven track record of solving similar problems from other projects won in the past on GAF so you must have done this and won one or more jobs similar on GAF.
