Looking for a part-time bookkeeper/administrative assistant for a mortgage lending company and multiple unit landlord. Our office is located in downtown Miami. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: * Must have Quickbooks experience * Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) * Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures * Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines * Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel, in particular) * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Compensation: $20-25/hr with generous pay increases for good employees

Hi there, I see that you are looking for a QB bookkeeper/administrator. I am currently doing the monthly books in QB for a client with 3 companies. I am a native English speaker, but have no Spanish language experience. I am proficient in all office management systems and procedures, with excellent proficiency in MS Office. My strengths lie in communication (both verbal and written), prioritising my work load, being able to work without any supervision. I am a very structured person who completes my tasks timeously and able to multi-task and think on my feet (meaning I can solve problems quickly).
