hello, I want to fix the attached excel sheet. It s for classroom scheduling. The calendar on the right should show 4 weeks look ahead. The page should show an error or conflict in case of time overlap in the same room. The instructor is actually available for the mentioned times shown, but the room should only be reserved in case of client confirmation. (This is very important). The schedule of the instructors is as below: Schedule instructors Samer Thursdays available 9-7 (6 sessions max) Nicole Monday 12-9 Tuesday 10:30 - 6:30 Wednesday 10-3 Thursday 12-8 Saturday flexible Fahmi (Monday already on group session schedule 4:30-7:30 and Tuesday too 7:30-8:30) Otherwise every week day from 6:30 till 10 And Saturday in sensory room between 9 and 8 Nayla N. Tuesday from 12.30 till 4 Thursday from 1 onwards Aya Saturday 3-6 (45 minutes) Other afternoons flexible Line Friday 4-7 (45 minutes) Rola Anytime except Monday after 2 and Thursday after 5 Sarah All week days starting 5pm except monday Nayla S. Anytime The rooms distribution is as below: Samer Healing room Happy room Sensory room Nicole Healing room Happy room Fahmi Sensory room Nayla N. Healing room Aya Happy room Sensory room Line Sensory room Rola Healing room Sarah Happy room Sensory Nayla S Happy room Add some macros to the sheet. make protection for the sheet without password.
