Work as part of the sales team in support of both Customer Service management and Account Managers. Coordinates all sales-related support activities. Responds to all customer service inquiries. Minimum Job Requirements High School Diploma - College degree preferred. Excellent communication skills both written (emails) and verbal Computer literate (Microsoft, excel programs), JD Edwards knowledge a plus. Web-based support - Ability to download and upload information on customer portals Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multi-task functions, including heavy order entry responsibility. Organizational skill - follow up and reporting both with the customer and internal data Essential Functions Communicates with internal departments for production and expediting customer orders. Communicates customer complaints and follow up on them. Direct communication with customer representatives, regarding orders, pricing, quality, and delivery. It assists the finance department in resolving any billing, short pay, or receivable issues. Monitors customer order patterns versus tooling capacity (hetero parts) and advises customers of any issues. Any other duties as assigned by management. Bilingual a plus
