Simple Data Processing Job

This is a somewhat simple data job for a skilled person. I have been tracking three different sports prediction services. I would like to know whether any conclusion can be drawn when the different prediction services agree. For example, if A, B and C represent prediction services, and if A=1 and B=1 and C=2, when compared to the actual results, 1 is the result xx% of the time, and 2 is the result xx% of the time. Or, if A=1 and B=2 and C=1, when compared to the actual results, 1 is the result xx% of the time, and 2 is the result xx% of the time. Using the aforementioned methodology, I have approximately 1000 lines of data for A, B and C as well as the actual data. All data is in an excel file. You'll need to look at the prediction (this value represents a margin of victory) and then the actual margin, and conclude as to win/loss. Then you'll need to compare the relationship between 1, 2 and 3 and determine if there is value when 1 and 2, or 1 and 3, or 2 and 3 or all agree. I'm sure for you this will be an easy project but I'm tired of trying to learn excel formulas. There will probably be additional work along these lines if the project is successful.
