Use DocParser application to extract data from Standard Form Contract in PDF

My business receives standard form land sale contracts that are emailed to us as pdf's. See attached REIQ Contract. The data from these contracts ends up in my CRM. That data is currently transferred manually. I want to be able automate that process. I wish to use the DocParser application to extract the data by OCR. DocParser lets the user set the fields. Subsequently the fields can be tweaked to make sure the data obtained is correct, I have attached a screen shot of DocParser. There is a free trial if you have not used it before. See: [login to view URL] There are about 80 fields to extract. I have done about 10 to show how. DocParser has differnet types of pre-set fields. I expect, where necessary they are used. These include, name, date, text, numbers, radio buttons and checkboxes.
