We Video Based Automatic Vehicle Counting & Classification & Speed . The problem is to count and classify vehicles inside a pre-defined area. Classification shall consist of large vehicles and small vehicles(Motorcycles,Passenger Cars, Other Two-Axle Four-Tire Single-Unit Vehicles ,Buses,Two-axle trucks,Three-axle trucks Three-axle tractors without trailers,Four-, five-, six- and seven-axle single-unit trucks, Two-axle trucks pulling one- and two-axle trailers Two-axle tractors pulling one- and two-axle trailers Three-axle tractors pulling one-axle trailers,etc.). Counting shall consider that the vehicles might be at zero velocity. Counting performance shall be %99.9 and the Speed and classification performance shall be above %98. 1. Ability to work at any time of the day or night in different ambient lights (dark, normal and very bright) 2. Ability to use in different weather conditions and the ability to automatically adapt to sudden weather changes 3.
