Hi, I find this an interesting project. Currently I can think of creating this application as a .net C# windows form application which 1. Converts a pdf file into multiple image files(1 per page) 2. Do some image processing on image files to extract only colored region. 3. Use some .net OCR library to extract text data from the image. Please message me for further discussion.
