I need a Winform app that can print 128 barcode using bartender file without bartender software and add a log to Excel using EPPLUS free version

The Winform desktop app is coded in C#, I will need the source code. There is only two window needed. The first one will have a dropdown selection window which let the user to choose the number 1 - 10. The second window will take the number chosen from previous window and show the number of textbox in the second window. For example, if a user choose 2 in window 1, the window 2 will display 2 textbox. When the textbox is given a serial code from a scanner (which is just a string on textbox), the app will need to pass the string into a bartender template (.btw) which is 128 barcode. Textbox 1 for serial number 1, textbox 2 for serial number 2. After all the textbox is filled, it will automatically print out all the barcode in one page on the printer. The computer will not installed a bartender software. At last, It will save the date, time and the printed serial number in excel using epplus. Since the excel file will be loaded with too much of data, the program will save the printed data (date, time and printed serial number) into a new excel every week.
