Typesetting Job TSR

Hello, Please find attached is the file required for typesetting The program we use for designs is InDesign CS4. I am attaching a sample of one of our latest typesetted project so you ay see how the pages look in pdf. Please follow the general design. Budget for the project is $100.00 US Time-line: 15 days Milestones: 1. 2-3 days ($20.00 upon delivery of first few chapters to check on style and receive approval of author) 2. 4-5 days: ($30.00 delivery of half manuscript typesetted) 3. 4-5 days ($50.00 delivery of final Indesign, PDF & epub files after all corrections are done correctly) Detailed typesetting information: 1. Dimension: 6x9" 2. Preferable total number of pages: 200-250 page 3. Font: Something fresh and makes the book read very well and flows 4. Text font size: 11 pt 5. Chapters' Titles: 14 6. Leading: As you see fit 7. Style: Title pages of Part I - Part VII -Epilogue should appear on odd page numbered page. If empty page prior to that are needed that is fine. 8. First Chapter after the title pages Part I-Part III will start also start on odd page numbers. 9. Rest of the chapters can start either on odd or even page numbered as it flows. 9. Headings: even number pages (title of the book) and odd numbered pages (title of the chapter). Note: the file is well edited so everything in italics is intentional so please keep all styling as it is. 10. Dedications, Table of Content pages appear on odd page numbers. 11. One important point, while preparing the Indesign file, make sure that its e-pub file will open ok in Kindle and and all e-readers. Please send me few sample of your recent work.
