Build an Arduino locked box with color code, please read.

I need a freelancer to create entirely a lock box driven by Arduino. Before reading please see the picture attached. The box must be made of white opaque PVC (laboratory style), quite robust, it will be highly manipulated. The box can be manipulated upper down, shaked etc. On the upper side you have to put 6 LEDs (red, green, blue, yellow, pink, white) and 6 push button (reset type, the one that always go back to initial state). On front side we have an opening drawer that can contains A4 folder on 8 centimeters high. The power supply must have a fallback battery, it will be connected with one cable (EU Plug) on 230V 50hz (France) that should constantly charge a li-ion battery to power the Arduino. That way when it is connected on power cable the battery is charged and can work forever, when it is disconnected the battery will make the system work for at least one day. When the device is running, the LED are quickly (100ms) lightning up randomly and forever. To open the drawer the user must push a sequence of buttons. We should be available to set up the sequence by pushing each button 5 times, all LEDs lights up constantly to tell that it waits for the code, then set the sequence (from 1 to 20 buttons), then we wait 10 sec and all the light will flash to tell that the code is recorded, we can now use it to open the box. You will have to make the box and when it will be done and validated you will have to send it through postal service to France. All electronics parts must be robust and CE certified. The box will run everyday.
