10 PR4+ links for a self-help / healing site

I have a website offering hypnosis services and I need 10+ links to my site from sites with a PageRank of AT LEAST PR4 **WITH CONTENT RELATED TO HYPNOSIS / PSYCHOLOGY / SELF-HELP** CRITERIA FOR THE LINKS: - They are to be of good quality and on a website that is ON TOPIC WITH MY SITE. - The LINK ITSELF must be on a PAGE with PR4+. Not on a website with a high PR, but my link appears on a page with a lower PR. - The links should be on pages with LESS THAN 50 outbound links on the linking page. - The link is NOT on a link-farm / link-exchange site. - The link is NOT reciprocal. - Links must be permanent. - Not more than 1 link to my site per domain. - Backlinks should be Do-follow. - Pages should be cached within past 15 days. Additionally, the links must NOT be on sites which: a) Host illegal content of ANY kind b) Are adult / pornographic c) Promote or display any kind of obscene, abusive or bullying content After completion of the project you must provide a spreadsheet including the following columns - Link URL – Link Text – IP address - Date submitted – PR of the page where the link is placed **If you can get me links on pages with a pagerank higher than PR4 and it still matches these criteria, please let me know so I can compare bids based upon all possible information.
