1) This PWM needs to control 1 DC motor at 40 amps and be adjustable 2) The unit needs to use 8-30 VDC Power supply. 3) We will need to adjust the frequency from 100Hz to 3KHz. 4) We will need to adjust the pulse width from 0-100%. 5) This PWM will also need a display like a 128x64 GLCD. 6) We will also need a feed back loop so a constant current can be programed and will be maintained possible using the allegro ACS715 sensor. Should be able to complete working design,Schematics and board layout within 2-3-weeks. Designers having experience with PWM designs would be helpful. Please PM me if interested...Dan ...

Hello, I've worked on similar projects in the past, sucessfully completing them. In general I tend to bid high to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the project, but typically work for $30/hr and the cost of parts. I'm assuming this will be used to control and existing piece of equipment, and it'll be worth discussing further the feedback loop and its characteristics, as well as how you would like the display and controls to appear and function. I have a lot of experience with Microchip PICs, which are more than capable of handling this...and extremely low cost. I've utilized them in the past to build drive controllers for robots (essential using PWM). In terms of timeframe, I'll have a schematic and preliminary board layout within 3 or 4 days of acceptance. I'd estimate 3 days for parts to arrive and another 2 or 3 days for assembly and testing. Your 2 week timeframe is more than achievable. Feel free to discuss this bid with me further if you wish. Hi, I assure you that I will complete the project within 3 weeks. Please let me know that whether you want to control the PWM with simple DC level control or any controller with digital input to vary the DC level. The schematic and PCB design and Gerber file will be provided to you. Waiting for your clarification.

we have been working on various reference designs for fujitsu in US and can fulfil your requirement. Functionality: The Kit is designed to demonstrate the use of PMSM & BLDC motors with or without Hall sensors with Fujitsu Controller Hardware is broadly divided into a) MCU Board, b) Opt isolation Board, c) Inverter Power Board. Software is modulated into PMSM and BLDC control stacks. PMSM module controls a sensor less motor using vector control. The vector control involves the measuring of back EMF and phase current and calculating the rotor position, which is used in turn to control the IGBT switching and the torque and speed control. BLDC sensor module uses Hall-sensor feedback for position and speed detection. BLDC sensor less control uses Back-EMF zero crossing method for speed & position detection and control. PI controller is used for speed control and PWM output is used for IGBT switching in both cases.
