I need the following workflows setup:
1. email alert after 24 hours if new lead has not been contacted
2. template email saved in system for admin to edit quickly and send out after meeting with client
3. A series of follow up alerts. My client will need to schedule a time to follow up with the client. I would like the client to set a date/time and then get emailed at that date/time to follow up with client. If the client doesnt answer, I would like the ability to enter another date/time and have another alert sent out when that date/time occurs.
