Build a new plugin for MS Teams which will be integrated with an external application.

1. Link Teams channel to existing projects in PlanCentral

2. Create tasks for linked PlanCentral projects from Teams channel

Phase 2 1. Create PlanCentral project from Teams channel and link the project to the channel 2. Update status of tasks in linked PlanCentral projects from Teams channel 3. Receive tasks updates from PlanCentral in Teams channel

Qualification:

1. Must be experienced in development of MS Teams app (plugin) using MS Graph API and integrate with external application through webhook/REST API

2. Must be experienced in publishing apps to MS AppSource marketplace

3. Experience in plugin development for other services is a plus
