So there's two parts of a bicycle, the fork, and the strut. When you model in ansys, you just need to model the strut. It really all comes down to the cross section. You can get exotic with that, but you need your supplier. Then the other edge of the corner case is what your customer will buy. Just tell your senior design lead that, and then pay me my money! Otherwise, you get jack sucka!
