Adwords Reporting

We are a small Australian company and we are having some difficulty in reading the amount of data that is available from Adwords and Analytics and want to try and simplify this by introducing a reporting tool to work within Microsoft Excel. Essentially we want to be able to better determine where our best online revenue is coming from (e.g. which Google ads are working best, which email campaigns etc). Whilst we can look at the data in each of these sites it does not give us sufficient information about our ROI or whether one source is actually improving, or decreasing, over time. We have looked at a couple of available tools such as GA Data Grabber and FasterMetrics (as we use Macs, although with a VMWare emulator) but simply do not have the time, or expertise, to source the best tool and to develop it. We are therefore looking for a freelancer who has had exposure in this area to recommend a tool and to develop the reporting capability so that we can obtain better visibility of what is working and what is not. Having settled on the most appropriate tool and its capabilities, I would expect that the next phase is to produce some basic reports indicating: Source, Cost, Revenue, ROI, Changes over time. From there we would look at what additional reports could be made available and this would then be negotiated with the freelancer.
