Data Collection from single website to excel

This should be a very simple project of gathering data off of one basic internet site and placing it in an excel file. Nevetheless, please read the requirements before placing a bid. An internet site (of the government of Israel, taxes department) has some free basic data which is needed for an academic project. The data is regarding taxes values of different items. The data is given free of charge and is freely accessed by the public. Due to the sites basic abilities only a limited amount of data can be retrieved at a time. Had there not been such a limitation then a single request would have collected all the data required. For an academic project a substantial number of records is needed from that site. Therefore an automatic utility is needed to gather the required data and save it to an excel file. A detailed requirements document is specified. Please read it before placing a bid. It is valuable for me to gather all the required data. Speed is of assence. Please note that the output excel file correctness and fullness will be checked and verified.
