In this project I have attached two files: One Excel spread sheet and one word document. What I want is to be able to just write the article number into the "[login to view URL]" field and make the excel look up the [login to view URL] in the "article"-sheet and implement the information in the main sheet:
"[login to view URL]" into "Product" cell
"[login to view URL]" into "Unit price in" cell
"Comment" into "comments" cell
Then what I want it more or less to be able to auto-generate a word document when i press a button in the sheet and implement the accounting table into the word document (se example). It have to put everything according to font, font size, tables have to have a specific with, etc etc.
When i press the auto generate button i also want it to make a new page in the word document with header "product illustrations", where it implement pictures of the products. The products have the same name as the [login to view URL] and the art name and art description should be displayed under the pictures. (4 pictures in per line). I have a folder and every picture is named the same as the [login to view URL] so it should be easy to recognize the pictures and add them. The only thing is that they have to be added with a certain size.
In addition to this I want to be able to check some buttons in the excel documents and make it include separate word documents into the same word document generated by the excel document.
The documents are for example (you can make test documents, just make sure they get included with page break:

Now the maybe most difficult task is how to make this work in superoffice. I can create saved excel and word templates in superoffice now. And I could easily save the new excel sheet. But when pressing the auto generate button in excel, how is the new word document saved in superoffice like now?
I'm not an expert here and need help, advice, expertise! :)
If you have any other ideas to improve It would be great.
Hi, Excel VBA developer here working in a UK company. I can do this for you in reasonable time nad appropriate budget. The only thing i am confused about is 'superoffice' ... Never really worked on that before (if i have the right end of the stick?). If you can give me some details about it, i might be able to pick up quickly.
