Some limitations of Excel which will impact on the management system, day by day the sheet will grow with data, more entries which will consume time, no. of generating report will be limited. If you are open to other program, i would suggest you to use MS Access. It is very easy to use, full control over data, less entry, manage all the section from one place, tracking progress will be more informative, generate any type of report.
