We have a system for sports trading but we need some help with some of math portions of some of changes we want to make to my system. We are looking for someone who can help us with some specific problems but if this works out we would like someone we can continue to work with in the future. Applicant Requirements * Must have strong statistical mathematical experience * Must have a strong understanding of sports betting Problem 1: Converting European Odds to Asian Handicap Odds When trading we are often work with bookmakers who only accept trades based on Asian Handicap but our system often calculates based on European odds. We need a formula in an excel spreadsheet to convert European Odds to Asian Handicap odds. I need to be able to convert Euro Odds to every type of AH odds (ex, 0:0, 0:0.25, 0:0.5, 0:0.75, 0:1, etc, etc). Problem 2: Converting Percentage Odds to European Odds Part of our system currently produces an estimated percentage on the outright odds of a team winning. We need an excel formula to convert these to European Odds. For example, Home Win: 70% Away Win 30% I would like to try to represent this as European Odds: Home Win: 1.25 Draw: 3.0 Away Win: 4.25 (These numbers are obviously incorrect. Just for an example of the output) If you think you can solve these problems please apply.
