I hold 5 years of experience in various domains such as customer success, application support, handling critical issue alerts, azure application insights and monitoring, ticket handling on JIRA, Salesforce lightning, fresh desk, logs reading and troubleshooting. Also, I am studying Information technology business analytics course from Conestoga College, Canada. I have worked as a proxy business analyst before and have gained experience of facilitating the task between team and stakeholders. I would like to work on any of the mentioned domains and I am open to new work as well. I have worked on advanced excel components such as pivot tables, macros, pivot charts, maps, fills, formulas, etc for different projects.
