Excel file with database that works on a questionaire form

We are a equipment rental company that rents machine on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly basis. Machines are being either delivered and collected by us(our trucks) or by the client. The Client Either uses our operator or their own operators. Machine go through breakdown that is a fault occurs and machine stops working and we then go fix the machine, fault might occur due to misoperation or maybe due to actual wear & tear of parts of machine. We also hire machines from outside and supply to our customers with our operator or with suppliers operator. we want the sheet to work on a questionnaire basis asking about each machine on daily basis and recording the answers(action) accordingly, we need the following from the excel sheet: All hires done by the each machines with start date, end date, Customer name, site, rate, revenue earned, mobilization done by and demobilization done by and also calculating the mobilization & demobilization date and rate Idling machines with its location breakdown report revenue report customer reports machine reports workers attendance report Cross hiring report
