I would like to perform some calculations and I need a simple way and I thought perhaps an excel template to input values into rows which will be titled with the different deductions from the asking price. Those should include rows titled "MTA"; "HST" (sale tax) at 13%; "LTT" (which is calculated at 0.5% up and including $55,000 then at 1.0% from $55,000.01 to $250,000.00); "REAC" at about 4% and "LF" at about 2%. Therefore as I enter the amount in the appropriate columns I will have: Asking Price minus (-) MTA, HST, LTT, REAC and LF = (sub-total) / 2 = MTA amount and/or percentage. Sub-total that then should be divided by two giving me the final amount and percentage of the MTA in relation to the "Asking Price". Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance! Marcos
