We are keeping track of cars we purchase, vin, date receive.. general info... and needing to update the document when we sell them. We have a pot of $150k, when we purchase we want the document to show how much of the 150k available, and when we sell we put the money back in. it needs to keep a running total of whats available. its not all that complicated but the document i have now is probably so screwed up it may need redone.
