Update Street Index Using Excel Documents

Street Index Update I have two Excel documents that make up the documents used to create a street guide for an emergency box book. The employee that created and formatted these documents no longer works for the company. I am looking for an Excel expert to update the documents to produce a final product that be exported to a simple PDF and printed. I have attached (or will send) the two Excel documents and an example PDF file of what the finished product should look like. My goal is to have an updated (simple) PDF file to print. Attached: • DOC 1 Master Street Index • DOC 2 Master PAGE FORMATTED Street Index • DOC 3 Street Index Printable PDF Example Deliverables: DOC 1 has had the new streets entered and these new entries are highlighted in yellow. In this document I need: • Column A – Renumber column in sequential order • Column C – Confirm street names are in alphabetical order and when ready unhighlight the newly added streets • Anything else that needs to be done to use this data to update DOC 2 DOC 2 is used to create the printable PDF street guide. I believe the data from DOC 1 is used to populate this document. (I hope it is) • Street Index Tab – Use the data in DOC 1 to update the street index tab • For the remaining street tabs use the data in the street index tab to populate the individual (12) street tabs with the updated information. • Each street tab should only have one page – Several have numerous pages and these additional pages need to be removed/deleted. They are: o Fai – Hef o Hem – Kri o La B – Mea o Mea -Orc o Wil – Zac Once DOC 2 is completely updated and formatted correctly, export an updated PDF that should resemble DOC 3, but now updated with the new streets.
