AS3 expert to create dynamic AE presentations and mocha

we would like to have a dynamic presentation tool that will be based on Adobe Flash and AS2/3. we are going to create bank of templates in after effects and assign cue points in Mocha, so the AS will be able to read the picture information. we then need an interface that the user can upload pictures and texts to get our templaets as a unique presentation of it's own. so what we need from you is all the following: 1. generate a dynamic stage that can read flv files exported from AE and Mocha and read them into flash 2. allow user to add his pictures and texts and use them on our templates 3. every picture have to have the option to rotate 4. upload music file or use one of the music files we will give 5. upload customized template background or use one of the backgrounds we will provide 6. we need to attach watermark to the final preseneation. 7. the end user shall get the filal result in one of the followings format: swf,mpeg after rendenring all the conents and pictures, music etc. to the file
