Customizable Flash greeting card/photo frame

We need an artistic*, configurable** holiday greeting card, which allows user to insert their own picture. The main art should be around the border of the card (can be on the bottom or top or all around), it can include small animations, such as sparkling, glowing lights, etc. You could also include animation on top of the picture, such as snow effect. The customization will be achieved by using FlashVars or an XML file to pass parameters to the flash animation. The following variables will be configurable: -picture: main picture/photo that will be in the background -greetingText: Main text, such as "Merry Christmas" -greetingStyle: Provide 4-5 different styles that user can -greetingColor: Allow user to change the color of text. choose from. -messageText: A personalized message the user can enter (up to 200 characters, smaller size than greeting) -messageStyle: Provide 3-4 different options (smaller size than greeting) Note on greetingStyle and msgStyle options: Provide a few different options that are visually appealing, nice looking. Possible variations include font, drop shadow, glow, and dynamic text effects such as sparkle effects (see this link for an example: [login to view URL]). *Note on art: if you can do the programming, but are not an artistic expert, that is ok, I can provide you with some art that you can use (please specify in your bid if you want create the artwork or if you prefer to just do the programming). **No customization UI is needed, this will be done separately. However, you need to test this either on your server or our server with some configuration parameters. Please include a brief description of your experience with bid!! All source code, .fla, .psd, etc. files need to be included with deliverables. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform flash
