Flash (or GIF) artist for banner work needed

I need an accomplished flash artist to design a banner for me. The banner will be an advertisement for telephone chat lines. The banner will be placed on this website: [login to view URL], in the top-right corner, replacing the current scroll banner there. Banner size: 570 x 85 px. Banner format: Flash (or GIF if you prefer). The banner should feature men and women, aged about 25-35, happily chatting on telephones. The banner should convey that it is much fun to meet new people and chat on chatlines. I have attached a banner to this project that will give you an idea of what kind of banner I am looking for. I have also attached a psd file with the text that should be on the banner. This text means: "Let's chat". You will need to select the photos you intend to use yourself. I will give you access to the database at [login to view URL] for selection and download purposes. The banner should be moderately animated so that the "Let's chat" encouragement is noticeable. In your bid please reference only your relevant banner portfolio. Payment will be through GAF escrow.
