Cartoonish level map for a puzzle game

We want a level map image for our puzzle game, it will be a large image containing 400 levels marked with sphere with 3 star place holders ( similar to candy crush saga ). The level map should be in cartoonish format, on a picture file 4000x8000 pixels. See the attachment image for sample. ( I don't need avatars in that image, only the level map ). In that image you see 3 levels, so we want a larger scale of that image with 400 levels. The path should go around the map starting from bottom left like this image: [login to view URL] But I want graphics similar to the attached file. In the map, you will need to add different items such as mountain, cave, castle, lake, river, cottage, etc... so different parts of the map should look unique, you cannot just copy and paste same style on entire map. We need a professional work, so bid if you think you can do it to save our time and yours, payment will be made at the end of project if you can deliver a quality work. We will need samples supporting similar projects. Thank you.
