15-20 minute 2-D animated film

We are producing animated short films based on Jewish folk tales and we have a story that we'd like to have animated. Please provide a detailed quote on the production of an animated film based on the attached script/screenplay: At the end of the document is a list of characters and backgrounds with some descriptive notes. There are 6 speaking characters and an additional 15-20 non-speaking characters to be animated. Much of the story is narrated, with only limited dialog between characters. The action would need to be depicted in "montage" form. I have laid out each of the shots and some details in the screenplay. A professionally recorded audio track of voices (in English), music and sound effects will be provided at the time of production. I am estimating the running time to be about 15 - 20 minutes. Your bid should include a full project price for: storyboards character design & rigging animation production Please also provide a "per minute" cost if you prefer to work this way.
