Flash Product Required

Hi everyone. I am currently seeking a PROFESSIONAL flash developer and action scripter to create a sound animation for me. As well, the selected service provider must have years of experience in sound editing as you will need to crop a specific portion from an mp3 file to play on repeat withint the flash animation. A perfect example of what I am seeking is at [login to view URL] If you look in the bottom left-hand corner of the flash template that loads, you will see an extremely small flash animation where the music bars jump up and down. If you click on the animation, the music stops, and the animation goes to a default file that looks like cellular phone signal bars. I need someone who pays CLOSE ATTENTION to details, even the smallest things. I already paid $50.00 US to a flash designer who delivered me crap! I need to see live samples of this before I select anyone. The animation must be on a white background with very light animated bars. The bars do not have to go with the music, just repeat the animation. Please do not bid if you do not fully understand what I need. Again, you MUST replicate the sample above in the exact same size and sense, but on a white background. I am looking to spend a maximum amount of $30.00. P.S. You MUST speak fluent English!
