Romance Novel Ghostwriting - Potential for Ongoing Work!

Hello! Looking for an experienced ghostwriter--MUST be a native English speaker. I publish short (novella-length) ebooks in Reverse Harem, primarily. I'm looking for a freelance writer who can produce these novels based on a chapter-by-chapter outline I will provide. Must have strong written communication skills and preferably a background in creative writing. Obviously must be a legal adult and comfortable with producing high-heat content with MFM, MMF and MF pairings. Please feel free to submit a proposal! To vet potential writers, I will pay $10 for a 1,000-word scene before we move forward. The rate of pay is $10 per 1,000 words for the first book. Open to price negotiation of future books based on success. Revisions apply if necessary. I will be providing outlines but am open to letting you work with your own ideas if we can come to an agreement. Turnaround time is between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the length of the story. If you produce quality work, I will have plenty more opportunities for you! All content MUST be original, absolutely no plagiarism. All content will be run through plagscan and copyscape. The writer must also be willing to sign an NDA. I will own 100% of the content and will be exclusively credited as the author. You will not be credited as the author of the finished project.
