We're seeking a developer to create a straightforward calculator utilizing the Google Places API for search data and OpenStreet Maps to display routes. Pricing will be calculated based on distance multiplied by time, and the start location will determine which pricing matrix to use. Additionally, suppliers can be added to the system in each of the 180 locations, with an estimated supplier price shown. Project Overview: We're building a calculator to determine pricing based on the distance, time, and start location between two points. The Google Places API will be used for search data, and OpenStreet Maps will display the routes. Pricing will be calculated using a matrix based on the distance and time, with different matrices for different start locations. Furthermore, suppliers can be added to each of the 180 locations, with their estimated prices displayed. Key Requirements: Utilization of Google Places API for search data. Integration of OpenStreet Maps to display routes. Calculation of pricing based on distance multiplied by time. Determination of pricing matrix based on the start location. Addition of supplier functionality in each of the locations, if added from the back end with its own pricing . Autopopulation of pages with each new location added. Simple and intuitive user interface. Headless wordpress to be used to manage content Project Details: Functionality: The calculator will take two locations, calculate the distance and time between them, and determine the price based on the start location. Google Places API will provide search data, and OpenStreet Maps will display the routes. Suppliers can be added to each location, and their estimated prices will be shown. Pricing Matrix: Different pricing matrices will be used for different start locations, allowing for customized pricing based on distance and time. User Experience: The interface should be easy to use and navigate, providing a seamless experience for users.
