Simple graphics modification 5 minute job

This should be very simple for someone who does graphics. I need someone to change the image I have attached to where the bottom part of the tv frame is gone and a top frame is finished across to match the rest. This is part of an image of an alpine radio with a video monitor. I need the video monitor cut out of this image and the top part of the radio put in to match the sides. I know I do not know the whole thing but thats okay - this is all I need done. You can see the height of the moulding across the top is a little thinner than the sides. make it just like the sides where the coloring matches exactly and is smooth. Please only bid if you can do it right now and is reasonable. You can even show a finished version with a watermark if you want. Just resave this in BMP format please. Thanks.
