Design Driver License style PSD Templates

This project consists in creating PSD file templates to be used for Birth Announcements based on each state Driver's License style. Total 52 PSD Templates, one for each USA state. These templates will be used for customizing and printing Birth Announcements for fun. Please see attached file for samples. Texts like Name, Address, Date of Birth, Parents must be editable separate layers. I will need the fonts as well. The goal is to make the templates maximum similar to the real drivers licenses used in each state. The most difficult would be to find backgrounds to use. I don't have any and I guess only guys that sell fake ID's have them. If you can find the backgrounds online this would turn into a fast and easy job. Otherwise you will need to check how each real driver license looks like and do your best to remake it. You simply can check on [login to view URL] for each state (for example "California Driver License"). As you can see in the samples attached, the backgrounds there are similar but not exactly the real ones. We do not look for perfection, but would appreciate if you can do your best in designing better templates. I will present the texts to be used and the sizes to winning bidder. Please make sure your read and understand the conditions. Bidders that will PM me with portfolio or sample works will have priority when the decision is taken.
