Need help finishing a started illustration project. The project was stoped halfway through. What remains is colorizing and vectorizing the picture (of a girl). The first project was to draw an illustration/caricature/cartoon of a famous girl. The freelancer was to be paid $30 for it. Colorizing and vectorizing the image should be a tiny project, please bid accordingly. The image will be sent to you in a pm so you can see it. In bid, please include samples of previous illustration work of yours.

After working for 13 years in the Research and Development department of a major Portuguese Graphic Company (Ambar, SA) as an artist and graphics designer, I started off as a freelancer in this area.
