Style a Joomla extension Calendar JCal

We have a Joomla extension named JCal Pro. It will be integrated into our upcoming website. I have a mockup for styling the calendar, but need a freelancer to style it in CSS and icons. It’s a club, who wants’ to inform about sex and SM. No porn, no pay site or anything like that - pure informations. I expect you are a design perfectionist and you are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that all aspects of the page function properly and that you have experience in Joomla and styling. I prefer the process will be: 1. When I choose you as my provider we will communication via skype or gtalk 2. I send you the PSD file 3. When you have looked at the design we talk about details 4. I prefer to have dialogs about styling – maybe you see something that I don’t 5. When everything is set, you estimate your deadline 6. I put up milestone payment 7. When all are in place we sign a contract, committing what we agreed 8. I will answer question coming up during the process 9. When we have reach deadline I will look at the style 10.
